Carlos also graduated from the George Washington University and obtained an LL.M. in General Law Studies. Carlos is admitted to the D.C. and Maryland Bar.

Jessica graduated from the “Universidad del Zulia” (Venezuela) and received the degree of Abogada (Attorney). Jessica also graduated from the University of Maryland and obtained an LL.M. in General Law Studies.
